All levels welcome

This class is suitable for anyone in need for a break from the stress of day to day life.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts. 

Mats provided

Yoga mats and props are provided, but please feel free to bring your own.


Classes are drop-in, so no need to book.  Cost: £10


About me

French yogini in London

Bonjour ! I am a certified Yoga Instructor based in London, more precisely in the neighbourhood of Bermondsey. I come from a gymnastics background having been practising rhythmic gymnastics for 15 years. I attended my first yoga class in 2016. I instantly fell in love with the power of yoga on the body and the mind. Today, I share my passion through energising but soothing practices.

Everyone could use more yoga in their lives, so I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.
